ECA - CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP - EXPLAIN

Hi Guys,

I've done BE and ME from Anna University Chennai...

While applying for ECA through WES, It asks for two required documents

1. Certificate of Membership

2. Annual statement of marks / Official transcript


I am not able to understand point 1. What is Certificate of membership?

Please help...
