ECA by WES

Hi,

I'm currently registering in WES for ECA. My name in Passport is Shwetha Cheriya Koloth, while my name in academic documents is Shwetha CK, which is just the initials. So, which name should be given while registering in WES? And if, in the WES report they mention this discrepancy, what should be done? Should we provide the Letter of Explanation or Affidavit to WES?

The name on your passport should be used to create the account. The name on the credential should be provided when you mention each credential separately in the application for ECA. You will need to submit a same name/person affidavit with your application.
