ECA and IELTS

Please can you help me. I submitted my profile and documents on Sept 9.
I realised later that the supportif documents did not ask.for my ECA and IELTS.
Will these documents be asked at a later date?

I hope its not grounds for declining?
Im trying to remember as I think the document numbers are entered on the profile?

Oh wow thats reassuring. They were required at EE application stage but I wasnt sure if I shoudve attached it as supporting document although the list did not include it.
Some of the forums state that it shoudve been attached with education requirements.
