My step has changed his mind and wants to come to Canada when his dad lands. I applied for him because i had no choice at the time. Medicals was done , police report and papers filled out . Our file is in London and as of yet it is saying just received. What do i have to do now to add him to accompanying .

The quickest way is probably to raise a Case Specific Enquiry with the London VO. They will be able to provide the exact London instructions for you. It may require at least a new set of forms for him and updates to others for you. Good luck with the last-minute curve ball.
