easy question.. but hard for me please help

i have little concerns.

how to mention in personal history my dates ,,

i finished my college in 2015 but i started my job in 2014 nov.. have been working there since. its overlapping my study,,..i dont know how to put dates

should the dates over lap or no?
eg.
2016-05 to 2017-04 or 2016-05 to 2017-04
2014-08 to 2016-05 2014-08 to 2016-04

b) i am from delhi but i studied and graduated my college from mumbai
i never lived at one proper address .. which address should i mention..
according to education i was in mumbai but it wont make sense if i say i was in delhi.

PLEASE HELP FOLKS
