Easy PNP process

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing great,
As everyone I'm very much interested in migrating to Canada (after long comparison and travel with Australia)

For my knowledge i created online profile on mon project and tried to submit my file on 16th August 2016 unfortunately my queue number was 190,000+ so unable to submit as the quota was 5000.

Now on the other hand I evaluated express entry and found that the cut of CSR is around 460+ to get ITA, and my score is around 400.

In both the cases above I feel we might need a approved job offer to apply and get PR.
Is there any other province which is easier to get CSQ?

I think each Province (except for Quebec) is about the same as far as the PNP process goes. But in regards to eligibility criteria, PEI is the easiest, followed by NB.
