My situation, I finished a 1 year post graduate diploma in Quebec. I really don't like it here and it's pretty hard finding a decent job without french. Thus I would like to move, which province hi is the easiest to get pnp fast, without Express Entry since I can't apply as skilled worker because I don't have 1 year continuous work experience in my home country. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Really it depends on your situation, your profession and NOC.
There are many provinces that accept candidates with a job offer from their province. They process their application faster and you get nomination.
There are some provinces that do not require for you to have a job offer but they require particular NOC skilled people.
There is a very good website you can use. Do your research and see whats best for you.
Check out the below link. Also use the most powerful tool at your disposal - Google.
