I confirmed from RCMP that police clerence results were sent back to my local cic on 11th Feb 2010. However to date I have not received anything from local cic. My medical is expiring in May 06th, and I was hoping to have PPR this month. I am so tired of being away from my spouse everyday kills me more.

Well you'll need to give us more information than that. What is your question exactly? When did you apply? And since you're talking about a local cic office and the RCMP it sounds like an inland application, so wouldn't that mean that you are with your spouse here in Canada?? No offence, but we're not mind-readers! ;)

sorry let me break down.

Outlanded Application

Application starting processing Aug 26th 09 @ POS CIC
Additional information requested Sep 09
Finger prints requested for time in Canada over 6 months Nov 09
Finger prints was sent Nov 09
POS sent finger prints to RCMP
RCMP confirmed via email that finger print check complete and send back to POS 11th Feb 10
To date I have heard nothing from POS CIC

My question is how long does it usually take to get a response from CIC, and/or what is the likely next step?
Considering my medical will be expiring in May 06th
