Earn a degree in one semester

I wanted to know if its possible to earn a degree at a Canadian university in one semester? I have earned about 100 college credits but was dismissed from my US college as I was in the hospital last semester been sick all last year. If I cant earn a 4 year degree at least I want to earn a 2 year degree and try getting a 4 year degree online.

I am also interested in online Canadian colleges.

Canada only has 3 and 4 year undergraduate university degrees. There are no 2 year degrees.

Yes I saw that some schools offer that. I know that US schools have a residency requirement to earn a degree: You must be in the school for a year or two semester or at least earn 30 credits in order to earn a degree. Do Canadian schools have the same requirement?
a 3 year program seems interesting too can you suggest schools?
Also whats the estimated wait period to get a Canadian student visa.
