Early Accepted in Winter 2022 intake, is it early to apply for Study Visa?

I recently got early accepted in Winter 2022 intake for a masters program (due to limited seatings in Fall 2021 intake).

Does anyone know if it is okay or too early to apply for the study permit within next month?

Bio submitted = September 15th
....still waiting for the medical request...
