All - Apologies if this is a dumb question. If my AOR deadline is September 9th, but I submit a month earlier by August 9th, will that mean my processing could be a month faster?
Yes, because they will begin processing when they receive a complete application. They aren't going to get your complete application and then wait till your deadline for submission expires to begin processing it.
