E-medical - Not sure file is fully uploaded

Hi guys, I'm getting prepared to send my application for Spousal sponsorship (Principal applicant). I passed the upfront medical in Toronto and wants to ensure that everything has been properly uploaded as I don't really truss the clinic where I've been as I have seen several issues on the forum related to it. I received at home the complete detailed file. As usual, on the 1st page states a recap of files that have been uploaded. One is missing, the medical examination, but maybe it is common and I'm worried for no reason. Would you be able to clarify by any chance? I attached the sample (1st page of the detailed file the clinic sent me)

Which PR scheme are you applying for? You posted this in the Family Class Sponsorship forum and you do not upload your application for Family Class Sponsorship.

Thanks Andrew, I will apply this month for PR - Spousal sponsorship through my wife, I am the sponsored. I understood that medical had to be completed in order to allow you to send you application. I went, and they did it through E-medical. Isn't it the expectation?

Ah okay now I understand after viewing the link you added.

It could be how your clinic operates. In my medical info sheet it says Completed for all 4 examinations.

Or it could be that the missing one will be uploaded shortly to CIC.

I would not worry as all of the results will be sent to CIC and using the UMI located at the top of the info sheet CIC will be able to link up your results.

To put your mind at ease I suggest contacting the doctor/office where you did your medical and ask why one is not shown as Uploaded.

Awesome thanks ! I will do so, I've just seen strange things in that clinic in terms of bad customer service lol so I wanted to get a check with you guys specialists you are haha thanks a lot, gonna call tomorrow and get ready to escalate
