e-Case showing null(blank) status

Dear Friends,

Since last week my e-case displaying null(blank) Application Status. Earlier it was showing as "Received by VO". Anyone experienced this before? If yes what was the remedy?

There are other few applicants from different visa offices experiencing same problem. Try and check in couple of days again to see if it works. They might be updating the system. If not sorted in a week's time than you may send a case specific enquiry to get the update.

Its been already two weeks but still null status displayed.

Hi Aran,

Mine is also the same.

I checked with the high commission today (colombo) , & they confirmed it is a "technical problem" with the cic site.
as my file is also still " in process" stage after 36 months from the accaptance date.

Hope there will be an improvement in the status.

Hello,

I just saw my E-cas and I am also getting the same “NULL” message when I am trying to login. Please I need some guidance as I saw your post and you also had the “NULL” message showing in the past.

I just need to know what steps I can take to solve this situation. I tried to contact my MP and got a waiting date and said to wait till April. Applied for GCM notes but no luck in that too as all it shows is application in progress.

Please help me in solving this problem. Thank you very much.
