E-CAS STATUS : In Progress

Hey guys how long does it take after paying for RPRF for CIC to put it on E-CAS status. I paid it like last thursday and there is no update. I guess it takes them quite a while?

If you receive automated reply when you send the receipt to cpco-cost-recovery.ctdo-recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca, you are good.

I received the GCMS today that says medicals sent .But I haven't received anything yet .
I just wanted to chip in on this topic. I have submitted my application in Jan 2013 and my ECAS has said since Nov 2013 "Application in Progress". I did my MR in Dec 2013, and RRPF in Jan 2014 but had to update my marital status and that creates a delay. My now husband has been a PR for 5 years already but of course I had to add him to the file stating our intent to marriage. After sending in all his documents and getting an email today requesting my new passport (the one I applied on has expired) my application still says "Application in Progress". I'm guessing I am in the last stages to receiving my PR but still with the same status. I'm not sure if others have experienced that but I just wanted to say that has been my case. Good luck to ALL
So I have gotten my PPR and 2 days later they have updated my Status to "Decision made" and also have that they have received my medical. I have gone through the entire process with the E-CAS only saying "In Progress".
I guess just once you are having e-mail communication with them, keep the faith and all will come through!
