Duties and responsibilities

Hi all,
I have a doubt regarding my offer letter and employment letter. I work in a cleaning company as a supervisor. In the offer letter, they have mentioned only 3 or 4 duties matching the NOC and rest were related to managing cleaning supplies and materials. But, they gave me employment letter matching 75% of NOC and took away some duties related to stock management. Will it be a problem if the duties in the offer letter and employment letter are different? Please reply.
