Duration of Job Offer

If I have a job offer directly from an employer at Canada.

Could I know the process duration in months?
What are the steps do I need to take?

A temporary job or a permanent job ? Is the employer going to follow through on the LMIA process ?

There's no "other than LMIA" process.

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA whether it's a temporary or permanent job offer.
