In short: no

Some ppl have a due date on their gcms but it doesn't really mean much.
If you look on the cic website, 80% of applications are processed in 13 months - this means some are quicker and some are longer.

Is 80% the mean or the median?

processing times for the Canadian Experience Class and Live-in Caregiver Class are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. Processing times are subject to change

Wasn't your application rejected?

It was rejected in August 2012. I reapplied again in October 2012 and my status is still Application Received on ECAS

There should be due date ..and to be true
With you.you cant predict any due dates
Some cases have been approved in10 months
And other waits for 16 months...

Well you should call or email them
Or get your Local MP to inquire .I heard
If they inquire the process gets faster
