Hello.
I hold two passports as my country allows this. I only gained second passport from country (let's say) B because this country issues business passports to individuals. So, my company arranged this as it is easier to travel with this passport (easier and faster to obtain visas). I didn't gain this passport due to family or staying there for a number of years so it is strange. I have never stayed in country B for consecutive 6 months, in fact, I don't think I stayed total of 6 months. I would have to count later.
My two questions are these:
(i) at what stage do I declare the second country passport? In EE or post-ITA? I will use LOE to explain this and will also arrange letter from country's B government to explain how I obtained this passport. I only use this second passport for work related trips. Country B made many mistakes in the passport such as Date of Birth (wrong day and month) and place of birth. I mentioned this to them many times but each time they say they will correct for me. They never bother since I am not an actual citizen. For personal, I use my main passport and I will use this passport for Canada process as well.
(ii) Second question is in regards to Police Clearance. Do I need to get police clearance for country B even though I hadn't stayed in there for 6 months? I don't imagine it would be difficult to obtain PCC from this country, it just feels strange not having to submit PCC for a country you actually have their passport.
