good day to all. my cousin is not yet a member here, she got a positive lmia for a job here in canada, its a dual intent, does the processing time of regular lmia and dual intent the same? she is currently in Dubai. I checked the processing time and its a year period.

What is a dual intent LMIA? So she has the LMIA or not? NOC? If she has the LMIA, then she has applied for a closed work permit. Processing is a year.
