Dual Intent LMIA Documents!

Hi.
I just want to confirm if all the documents below are enough to apply for Dual Intent LMIA for both Work Permit & PR for NOC0631, Cafe Manager.

Q1. Are these documents are enough? am I missing any other documents?
- T2 Schedule 100 Balance sheet info & T2 Schedule 125 Income Statement info
- T2125 Statement of business
- T4 or payroll records for a minimum of 6 weeks
- Municipal/Provincial/Territorial business license
- Business registration
- T4 Summary of Remuneration paid
- PD7A Statement of account for current source deductions
- Commercial Lease Agreement
- Attestations

1 Job Bank Advertisement
3 Online Platforms Advertisements
3 resumes of rejected applicants (if this is required how many is the minimum?)


Q2. I also want to know since this is the manager job, if the TFW / employee needs to provide Language Test and Education Qualifications when the employer apply for LMIA.
If Yes, can the education requirements be the copy of the TFW's graduation certificate? or what are the documents for the education requirement?

Q1. You've listed all of the business legitimacy documents. Some of them apply to corporations, some to other types of businesses. Read the directions to see which is which. You would only need a couple of them.
