Dropping off PR Application instead of mailing it?

I live right beside Mississauga, is there anyway I can drop it off myself instead of mailing the package? Has anyone done that before?

Go to the courier address and try .. :

I dont see why not. Should be easy to find the correct government building and office. The worst they can say is no. Best case maybe you save a few days. Good luck.

so we use the courier address if for example we want to send it with UPS? or any other fast mode of package delivery?
