This is my first thread on this website.
I go to Mohawk college, started going there on september 5th of 2012.
My last semester starts in January which is my 4th semester. I need to take this semester off coz My Grandpa died 4months ago and he was the one supporting my studies, Some how, my parents managed to pay my 3rd semester tuition fee, but they need more time for the 4th fees so I was thinking about taking this semester off and going back try to help my mom and dad. But the thing is that If I skip this semester, the next semester starts in January 2014. So even if I take one semester off I will end up taking a whole year off (2 semester and a summer break) coz of my college. So, my question is that would it be a very big problem for me to get the visa extension?
