Good day,

I was wondering, what is a RTO? Where in the country of residence can I get the letter for my drivers license stating that I have been driving for more than 2 years on good record?
I am in Saudi Arabia currently and I also have a drivers license from Jordan for more than 10 years. My PR was approved in Jordan, should I get that letter from there or can I get on to from Saudi?

RTO is term used mostly by us Indians as that is what the transportation department is called in India. Regional Transport Office.
You will have a similar department in your country as well.
