Drivers license proof?

Went to get my Canadian drivers license today. My license from the USA was not three years old because I had my name changed when I got married. They tried to get online for me but didn't have access to state of Texas records, though they had for some states. They told me to request them and come back when I get it.
Can I use the one I can order and print myself right away from Texas DMV?

Yes, you can use the one that you can print out yourself as far as I know. I've already printed my driving record out to prepare for my PR application finishing.
