my cuzn had California driver licence and he moved back to Canada when he went to the DMV they told him he have a problem there he needs to fix it and then he will have his Canadian licences back and this been 7 years and we checked with US DMV/ CALIFORNIA no thickets no record shows what can he do to obtain a driver licence
