Dream to study in Canada

Is it possible to get visa ? Will i be eligible to get scholarship or to get admission in such institutions where tutions fees is lower?

If you are worried about lowering tuition fees, I would caution you against studying in Canada. Unless you have extremely good grades (what is that score out of - 6 or 10?) you will not get sufficient scholarships to defray costs, and you will be paying considerably more than Canadian students for tuition.
