i received my LAA from draw no 44 on 12th of may .
can someone please guide me through for filling the full form . I am bit confused about declaring the loan or debts. Also if my friend who is living in manitoba and has applied for visa for his wife who is in india at the moment, can he also support my application for MPNP?
