Draft not cashed yet

Hello Seniors,
I submitted my CEC application in the month of November and the application receiving date was 13-Nov. My draft wasn't cashed till date. Anyone has experienced this before i.e. more than a month to cash the draft.
Any experiences to share?

Check the October and November discussion threads. Your wait time is not exceptional. If all the documentation is in order, it will most likely be cashed before the end of year.
