Hi,

I have some doubts regarding PNP. Please let me know
1) Do we need to have a compulsory Job offer from the province or we can apply directly without a Job.
2) If not without a Job, and we apply and in case we get selected.. We move to that province, but in case we dont get a Job for 6months in that province can we move to another province

1. Yes, u can apply for OID Category. If u have registered with CIC EE category then u can apply for SINP EE too.
2. Yes

Ok I understood what does means ie Occupation in Demand..But what does SINP means
Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Programme

I am still doubtful with your answer..

1) Do we need a Job Offer for applying
2) We can only apply in SINP or other also.

Could you please be a bit specific and in detail

Job offer for out-land Applicants is almost impossible. If you will get it by so many efforts, SINP wouldn't verify it, and without this it will useless.
2. SINP has only 21 JOB NOCs in their occupation in high List for EE and OID. Check it, if your Education and Job Experience match any of them, this is must, (means if you are Arts or Commerce Graduate, u can't apply for Computer Engineer type Job)

If you are in Canada check the PNP-program from your province first
and its probably the easiest way.[/b]

and than go to this link's to find more information

http://www.canadavisa.com/provincial-nomination-program.html

http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/summary-of-eligibility-requirements-for-all-express-entry-pnp-streams-t432937.0.html

and there are link's to each PNP-website which are helpful

because nobody know's the eligibility of all PNP-programs

So that means if we are outside Canada and applying for EE, we cannot go for PNP and we require a Job to apply for PNP

Is there any options available to apply for PNP for BC or Alberta rather than saskatchewan

Is it possible to apply the EE, get the CRS join the job pool and side by side apply for PNP. I need some suggestions.
As we want to move to BC or Alberta, but I have no idea about the Job opportunities there

and by the way I think it would be th best to come first to canada to look for a job!!!!

How old are you? from where are you?
because if you are under 35 and from a country which have a IEC-agreement with canada
you don't need a LMIA
(ask GOOGLE for IEC from canada)
