I received ITA last night and presently I'm in the process of completing my application. I have few doubts regarding my personal history and need advise from seniors.
I went to Africa from India on employment. However, I was called by the company on visitor visa initially (for 2 months) and was subsequently issued temporary employment permit 7 days after the visitor visa was expired.
There is a stamp for visitor visa on my passport mentioning 'employment prohibited' followed by another stamp for 'Temporary Employment Permit' for 2 years, which was further renewed later on. I stayed there for a total period of three years eight months.
My employment with the company started from the day I landed. I am adding this information to my personal history only as I am not claiming points for this.
I have a couple of queries:
1. Should I include this whole period as employment because that's what I was doing or including my visitor visa period as employment will create any problem? If yes, then how to deal with this situation.
2. During my stay in that country, twice I traveled back to India on annual leave. Do I need to include this in travel history?
