Doubts regarding express entry

Hi All,
I am in middle of my express entry profile creation.I would be glad if anyone could clarify my doubts.

1.Can I update my ielts score once I improve it?
2. Is it possible to select only one province for PNP or is there option to choose multiple Province if I meet their criteria.
