doubts for Express Entry

Hi
I am Kalyan Rama Raju ,I have scored band 6.5 in IELTS Exam as overall (Listening :7 ; Reading :6.5 ; Writing :5.5 ; Speaking :6.5).
I have 5 years experience as Recruiter,4 years experience as Manager and Team leader in Banking sector and one and half year experience as Retail Executive Manager
Do I was eligible for Express entry .If eligible May I What Documents required for the process ?
If not eligible to which province do I eligible?
