My bank has put beneficiary address as in passport but forgot to include state and country name. Will it be accepted by the Scotiabank? Does bank cross verify beneficiary address or just beneficiary name?

You have to mail scotiabank or else you can call them directly during the working hours and explain them the situation.

Yes they do. Call them or e-mail them from secure email account with your corrections. Attach the copy of passport as well.
