Doubt regarding Employment letter

Hi Folks,

My employer has given the below details in the Employment letter

"We are writing in support of Mr.XXX’s application for permanent residence in Canada. This letter is to confirm that an offer of continuous, full-time employment has been extended to Mr. XXX for a duration of at least one year after the date on which his permanent resident visa is issued, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Mr. XXX's employment contract."


Can I use this claim the additional 50 points? If any additional document is required for the same, can you please point me to it?

Thanks for the quick response. The point regarding 'subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Mr. XXX's employment contract' is what I am concerned about. I am not sure if I need to upload my employment contract
