Doubt regarding CRS question

I have a doubt regarding the CRS question 6 part 2, in last 10 years how many years of foreign skilled work experience do you have? It says in one occupation only. So I have 1 year of experience in one occupation but with 2 different employers, 7 months with first and 8 months with another employer .However occupation is same. Does this count as an experience?

To be eligible for express entry, you need one year, continuous (no breaks), skilled experience in one NOC. If you have that then you can count experience that is 7 or 8 months in length.

Was there a gap between both the jobs? If yes, how much?

No there is no gap between. I started another right after I left the first one.

Then it will be counted as one year continuous experience.

If there is gap of 7 days , would it still be counted or not?
