Hi My name is Nag.
Me & My Wife are both PR(2014) and my kid(7 months) old and is in my country(india).
I recently moved back from my home country to Canada on Job(Dec 1st).

Can i apply for PR of my child right away(with in 10 days) or do i have to wait till i earn the sponsorship amount.

there is some column in Sponsorship evaluation IMM5481e document asking for

your net personal income for the 12 month period preceding the date of your application.
columns
Amount 12-month period starting date 12-month period starting date

My doubt is my salary amount in Canada will be 0(less than my month salary) for last 12 months.

will that effects my kids PR.

There is no minimum income required for sponsorship of your dependent child.
However, you must be in compliance with the Residency Obligation requirements in order to sponsor. How many days, in total, have you been outside Canada since you landed in Canada as a PR?

I landed on 2014 nov and stayed till end of may 2016... 1.5 years till now. I have my pr till 2020 jan. I have to stay 6 more months to maintain my 2 years.

It's 2 years in rolling 5 years period. Your PR card expiry date has nothing to do with RO.
So you are OK now. (i.e. between Nov 2014 to Nov 2019 if you come before April/May 2019 and do not leave the country)
But after Nov 2019, you will be loosing your 1.5 years that you stayed right after you landed.
So count your days.

Your wife has to be careful. She may not be in compliance when she returns to Canada and could be reported at the border. Technically you would have to sponsor her again.

I was outside for 2.5 years but in another 6 months i am about to fulfill my 2 year requirement.

Thats my concern ... if my kid will not get visa by march(after his PR application), she has to stay back and lose her PR.
