I am Akhilkumar. I am student and have been working in Domino's as a customer service representative for almost 2 years with a valid study permit. My question is that does Domino's customer service representative comes under front line workers category for applying PR.

If you work at Dominos, how are you a customer service representative? Wouldn’t you be NOC 6711 - Food Attendant.

Title doesn’t mean anything. Your duties must match a NOC, not a title. Do your duties match 6711 or the NOC for a customer service rep.

Oh and the NOC for customer service for the PR pathway is specific for financial services.
