Hi! I have a doubt regarding the proof of financial support for the study permit application. The bank statements that I'm going to use as proof are in my mom and my name, as it's a joint account. Should I provide a letter from my mom stating that she authorizes the use of the complete funds to cover educational expenses? Also, she is going to transfer more money to that account for the same purpose from a personal account from hers. Should the letter state the source of those transfers?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, she should provide a letter.

If she is going to transfer money, she needs to provide the statements for that account as well.

Wouldn't the receipts of the transfers from her account be enough? The bank statements of her account are in spanish, and it would be a huge expense to translate 4 months of past statements from her account.

You should show the actual source of the funds in her account.
