Hello all

I recently completed my landing and when I landed, I submitted the Goods to follow list which was stamped. I then came back to USA to complete my work projects.

My question is:

1. After getting the PR card , do I need to move my goods the next time I go to Canada or can I make one more short trip to Canada (just for visit) and finally move goods by the end of the year when my work in US would be over ?

2. Will the stamped list still be valid until my final trip from US to Canada ?

3. Does anyone know the procedure to import car from USA to Canada ? Has anyone done it in recent past ?

After you get your PR, you can do as many trips as you want...you are as good as any resident.

But, do I have to move my goods in my next trip or can I move them during a later trip?

congrats reddevil on becoming a Canadian permanent resident.
You can move the goods anytime later.

Answer not clear. Even I have this query. Do the goods to follow have to moved in 1 trip or can be staggered in 2-3 trips in and out of USA ?
Thanks !

Once you did your landing , you become a permanent resident and you can do whatever you want. They do not ask how many trips you need to carry your staff, most of the people just send it so they couldn't really tracking your staff.
