doubt about filling forms

Hi All,

I am planing to apply in september, I had few doubts regarding filling the forms

1) IMM 5562 Suplimentry travel information : I never travel any other country when I was in india , after I came to canada since 3 years I didnt go back to my country,,,,
Do I need to fill the form details like date of entry to canada From, TO (Present), Purpose( student) and duration of days (how we write no. of days) ?

2) IMM 5669 Education Histroy...... Name of institution (Education history India) Do we need to write university name or our college name,, My college running under university but my transcripts shows university
3) Along with canadian education certificates do we need to send other educational certificates ( Indian degree certificates)
4) How to arrange the documents when sending to CIO, Can we staple the application forms?

1. "From" = date of entry to Canada
"To" = enter date you complete the form but when you print it, draw a line across the date and write "present" or write date your work permit expires
Duration of days - 1 year = 365 days, so you can add up the total number of days

2. Write the name of the university

3. Refer to section 10 of the CEC checklist - they ask for "education/training/qualifications in Canada"

4. Don't staple the forms - arrange the forms in order of the checklist and use a rubber band or one paper clip to keep the documents in place

Hi SB,
It means we don't need to submit degree certificates/transcripts from India.
