Hello,
For a Spousal PR application - the Canadian sponsor needs to provide documents to show the relationship is genuine and ongoing.
Should these documents be copied and included as documentation in the Applicant's file also?
Does the CPP centre in Canada review the documents without viewing the Applicant's file or will the CPP incorporate the documents sent by the sponsor, with the applicant's file when it is sent overseas?
I don't know how much duplication is advised. I'd rather not miss out on important and useful information going to the overseas office with the applicant file.
If the two applications, Sponsor and Applicant are packed into separate bundles which are placed together inside a larger envelope, does the CPP in Canada look at the Applicant's bundle of papers which is intended to be routed overseas in the future?
Any suggestions / guidance from experienced board members please?
