It says restoration of study permits is allowed until Dec.31/2020, but another part of policy reads
"The 2-stage assessment process for initial study permit applications expired on September 15, 2020
"students already in canada applying to extend status may submit an application without a letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment from their DLI"
