Hi, I've searched this forum last year and this year and I have not found the information I needed yet. I have used the 'search' feature numerous times but with little success. I don't find the government sites particularly user-friendly.
I am a Quebec resident, in the "Social Solidarity Program", which is for disabled people, I am permanently disabled.
I married my wife in the Philippines in Dec. 2013
Could someone direct me to a thread here or webpage elsewhere which explains which forms I need to fill out?
Do I need to apply in Quebec [provincially] AND in Canada [federally]?
