Doing Full time course and remaining part of Past Course at the same time?

hello, hope you are doing well

i want to confirm that if someone in the program of two semesters (from January to august 2017) and doing 12 courses (6 each in semester) and got F in one course so doing 5 in each term then the next available intake which is in the starting of next year january 2018 and he has to come to the college for one class so,

1) The study permit will be extended for 2 courses from January 2018 to august ?

2) For these two classes it will be a part time because of taking only one class in each semester at the mean time someone can enroll in the full time program or not ?
