I got 2 ms degrees from 2 different universities. During my 1st, because of a maternal leave, I took 1 term of leave of absence from my home department. But the other department where I worked as an RA did not allow mat leave before due date or the day I actually gave birth, so I got paid between the term start time and my actual day giving birth.
I didn't have problems getting my later study permit for a second program and I'm graduating. Until I'm going to apply PGWP did I realize that period of time might be an illegal work.? will that affect my PGWP? I tend to think no because I'm using my 2nd degree to apply, and my 2nd degree has no problem at all but I might be wrong. What about later PR applications? Thanks!
