Does WES consider CELTA from University of Cambridge as a postgraduate Diploma?

I have done CELTA from British Council Bangladesh. The certificate is given by University of Cambridge. This is one month but 130 hours course. I have seen many websites to outline it in Canada as a diploma. Will I get some extra points for it. I have BA in hons in English (4y) and MA in English.
