Does WES accept transcripts from 3rd Party - Credentials Inc

Hi All,

I did my Masters from Eastern Illinois University back in 2006. When I checked with the university to send the transcripts to WES for ECA I found out that they have given the authority of accepting/sending transcript requests to a 3rd party Credentials Inc. The university does not handle it directly.

My question is - will WES accept the transcripts sent by this new company ?
