I am applying through the federal skilled worker class and the local visa office requires post-secondary transcripts as supporting documents. The problem is, can I just download my transcript from the university's website and print it off by myself? Or it must be directly ordered from the registrar of the school and bear an official seal on it?
I've looked the guide and it seems to me only police clearance certificate is required to be original though.

I didnt send mine...but got through the assessment...I live in Aus and Bombay Uni didnt help me...as usual..but I handed my transcript from Australian Uni...so try getting/ordering original...if no send a covering letter explaing why...I send all Bombay uni certificates..attested.....

I agree with thus view. You need to send the originals. If for Any reason, the originals cannot be obtained, send them a certified notarized copy and explanation letter and it should do the job. By all means, CIC usually verifies these papers.

Good luck
