Does the similar subject title of two different programs have effects on getting 3-year work permit?

Hi, guys! I studies two different graduate certificate programs in two consecutive years. The subject tile or name of those two different programs are kinda similar. It is like one is called "business management" and another one just called "business". Does it matter for getting 3-year work permit or not at all? Thanks in advance! Thanks for your reply! Did you get PR already? Or you have same issue? I even called CIC and it doesn't matter at all. But some agencies gave me very uncertain answers which are feeling so annoyed. Even they are licensed lawyer or consultant but they still told me it is better to write a letter of explanation. TBH i don't want to explain that much if everything makes sense.
