Does the primary applicant need all his education evaluated or is last highest e

My husband did his bachelors in business from Pakistan and then his MBA from the States. We just got his MBA evaluated because well, he wouldn't have gotten into an institution in the States without them approving his previous degree right? So is it ok that its just that MBA that we got evaluated?

Depends on the ECA authority you hire to get your report.

(a) WES requires all docs from secondary education till Ph.D (whichever applies)
(b) Perhaps same for ICAS
(c) Uni of Toronto CES program guys require only post graduate credentials, if you have Bachelors and above

But we went through WES already and just gave them my husbands MBA degree/transcripts, and have already received the report and everything...

Just confirmed from WES Canada' Required docs" page. Their policy for country: US .. is that they only need to send post graduate credentials.

For country: Pakistan, this is not the general way they handle customers. As per WES's "Required docs" page, they ask for all docs, as they want them.
